Elizabeth Lyssikatos is a senior infrastructure and energy finance professional with deep experience in capital formation. She most recently served as Vice President in Project Finance Renewables at Bank Hapoalim, where she structured and underwrote debt facilities for utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects.
Her experience includes construction-to-term financings, syndicated and development-stage facilities, and complex capital structures involving sponsor-backed platforms. Previously, Elizabeth worked at a pension-backed renewable power company Cordelio Power evaluating large-scale acquisitions and joint ventures, and began her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo, advising on IPOs and strategic transactions.
